NCS Mental Health Adviser
The Mental Health Adviser is an integral role, bridging the gap between the NCS seasonal staff and The Challenge’s core staff. Working primarily in one of our regional offices, the Mental Health Adviser supports the NCS seasonal staff to provide mental health care to selected young people on the NCS programme.
Working on-site at select programmes for 1-3 days at a time, you’ll share your skills and knowledge of supporting poor mental health with the programme’s pastoral seasonal staff.
This role is perfect for a professional with experience in supporting children, young people or adults with mental health needs, and collaborating with others to create Action Plans and long-term support strategies for others.
