Up to £50670 per annum (inclusive of market premia)
Plus £2000 per annum retention payment (payable annually after 2 years service in Medway), the option of a Lease Car or Essential User allowance and up to £6000 towards relocation.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to work in our Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Service. Your role will be central in delivering a quality assurance function in both Children’s Services and contributing to corporate safeguarding arrangements. You will report to our Head of Service for Safeguarding and Quality Assurance.
You will have a lead responsibility for developing, implementing and overseeing the Quality Assurance Framework and specific quality assurance initiatives across services.
As a registered social worker with HCPC you will have a recognised social work qualification as well as significant experience and understanding of child protection and safeguarding throughout the child’s journey, including proceedings and PLO.
You should also have a recognised management qualification, or be willing to obtain a ILM level 5 management qualification.
