Contract Type – Part time and Flexible

Salary – Remuneration dependant on student volume

About the Role

Unitas is an education charity which provides distance learning programmes for practitioners working in the youth justice sector.  Our continued growth has created the need for additional learning coaches. We are recruiting experienced learning coaches who would enjoy passing on their knowledge and skills in youth justice to deliver our foundation degree.

Experience as a tutor or learning coach is essential and in a distance learning capacity would be desirable. The role offers flexibility within a prescribed model supported by high quality learning materials and learning coach training and guidance.

As the main point of contact for your students throughout their studies you will offer support and advice by phone, email, text and video call.

If you have a degree or L6 qualification with experience in the youth justice field as well as in teaching or staff development, we would love to hear from you.  Please send your CV to Leyla.millan@unitas.uk.net or Unitas, Eastgate Place, Salhouse Road, Norwich, NR13 6LH
