Young Person's Adviser
We are recruiting for a full-time Young Person's Adviser to work within a stable but expanding team. The post holder will work to achieve the best possible outcomes for care leavers, helping young people to reach their full potential.
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Mary Stevens Park, Stourbridge
To be responsible for all aspects of direct care for young people both Looked After and After Care. To be responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of Pathway Plans and to ensure these are developed to meet with the young persons changing needs. In addition, to explore and work towards young people facilitating their transition into adulthood and independence from local authority care.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children; therefore the post is subject to medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check.
