Quality Improvement Partner for Family Support (Children’s Centre)

Full time, permanent.

Salary: PO6 £47,304 - £48,237.00 (Inc. LW)

You will be responsible for managing the Common Assessment framework process to coordinate early help to vulnerable families and children at risk of harm.

You will support our children’s centres to implement Hackney’s Children’s Centre Family Support Framework and provide children’s centre family support teams with case management supervision including identifying safeguarding concerns.  You will also chair fortnightly Multi- Agency Team (MAT) meetings and identify and manage risk. 

You must have a recognised qualification in Social Work (DipSW, CQSW, BA Hons SW) and be HCPC registered.
