Youth Voice and Insight Officer
Are you a fun, creative, self-motivated person, with a passion for young people's participation in decision-making and social action?
Do you have experience of working with vulnerable young people - specifically children in care and care leavers?
We are looking for a new Youth Voice and Insight Officer to help us deliver our mission of making services better with young people in London. You'll be:
- Leading and coordinating our programme of activities, events and opportunities with children in care and care leavers in Royal Greenwich - including the borough's Children in Care Council;
- Supporting our schools' peer education programme in Southwark; and,
- A small number of additional, short-term youth consultation projects.
In the main part of this role, you will work extensively with children in care and leaving care across the Royal Borough of Greenwich, and their Corporate Parents, to make the services they work with EVEN better.
