Product Analyst (Social Worker)

You don’t have to be a techie to work at Liquidlogic! We already have a number of social workers and ex-Local Authority employees in the company working as Product Analysts but we’re looking for more.

Our applications are web based workflow solutions which include mobile apps and customer portals, providing modern and intuitive user interfaces to support critical processes for both social workers and the public. As a Product Analyst with us your role will be to support the development, design and implementation of our solutions in Local Authority Social Care and Children’s Services departments, where we have become the market leader in the space of just 12 years.

Training will be provided, so as long as you have an understanding of the Social Care and Children’s Services & Education Management sectors plus a keen interest and enthusiasm for IT then you will fit right in. If you have an understanding of Business Transformation, then even better!

Day to day you will be using your skills to build and test forms within the system, maintaining the highest of standards along the way. We will need you to use your excellent communication and people skills as you be spending a lot of time with our customers. You will also need to use your persuasive skills, our customers expect the best, so you will need to be super organised and self-motivated to be able to juggle a complex workload to ensure deadlines are met.

Once you are fully trained you will be able to recognise, analyse and solve issues and be confident in responding to customer queries, and most of all you will be working for the best software provider in Leeds!
