Post 16 Lead
Help us work to realise the potential of children and young people in Gloucestershire
In Gloucestershire, we have focused on supporting the creation of a strong school system with great success. Educational attainment in the county is above the national average. Ofsted judgments rank our schools as among the best in the south west. We are moving forward from a position of strength but there are challenges ahead. We are committed to improving outcomes for children and young people in Gloucestershire, particularly for those who are vulnerable or have additional needs.
To ensure that our children and young people reach their full potential and to make sure what we do really works for children and families, we have re-shaped our education service to make better use of our resources. We are looking for strategic thinkers to join our team at a time of challenging and exciting developments which offer a real opportunity to make your mark.
