Programme Managers & Coordinator
NCS The Challenge are looking for highly organised project managers and coordinators with varying levels of logistical and administrative experience to help with the running of the National Citizen Service (NCS) programmes in London, Surrey, Buckinghamshire & Berkshire, West Midlands, Manchester, Lancashire or Yorkshire for our programme management roles.
We have a number of in-house full-time contract roles (typically 3-4 months) that are suitable for people who are confident at managing relationships at all levels and can work in a fast-paced environment. Our Programme managers and Coordinators need to be flexible and enjoy working with a diverse range of people.
Our programme management roles oversee work on a number of NCS programmes throughout summer 2017 alongside a number of The Challenge core staff in the Programmes team. These roles include Delivery Programme Assistant Manager, Delivery Assistant Programme Manager, Programme Administrator and Accommodation Coordinator.
NCS allows young people to take part in outdoor activities, skill development and community volunteering. In summer 2016, over 28,000 young people participated in our intensive three to four week programme. 2017 is our most ambitious programme to date and its lasting impact relies on the 4,500 seasonal staff members who will inspire their journey.
