We specialise in working with children and young individuals with a range of behavioural difficulties, mental health and learning disabilities in a variety of settings.

We are seeking to appoint a Clinical Director a senior position in Keys Group who will provide strategic advice to the senior leadership team on service delivery and operational leadership and governance to the clinical department.

The successful candidate will oversee, evolve and further embed the existing clinical model, as well as taking overall responsibility for the design and delivery of the clinical strategy across the Keys Group national footprint

The successful candidate will have worked as a senior qualified clinician for a minimum of 6 years with 2 years in an organisation supporting looked after children.

Skills & Experience (Essential)

• Experience of working as a Qualified Senior Clinician for at least six years, and a minimum of 2 years with Looked After Children specifically
• Experience of providing clinical supervision and operational management.
• It is essential that you have a Doctorate in Clinical, Counselling, Forensic psychology or equivalent as accredited by the BPS.
• Professional registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Hold a current UK Driving License with access to a vehicle which can be used for business purposes.
