Adfam is the national charity working to improve the lives of the many thousands of families affected by the drug and alcohol use of others, giving them a voice.  We work with family members and carers, support frontline staff and volunteers and influence decision-makers to stop these happening. Family members are at the heart of all our work and inform everything we do.

Consequently, our activities are built around supporting both those people affected by a loved one’s substance misuse and the workers who support them, offering training to build skills, developing best practice guidance and advocating on behalf of families by undertaking research which can be used to influence policy at a local and national level.

We are seeking to recruit a skilled, enthusiastic and energetic Kinship Care Coordinator to deliver our Children in Need project in Peterborough. The successful applicant will have experience in working with children and families, and will build on this already successful project to provide activities and support to children in kinship care and their families.
