Administrator, Oasis Youth Support 

North Middlesex Hospital 

Part-Time, 24 hours per week (0.6FTE), Fixed Term Contract to August 2020

Salary £12,730 per annum, inc London Allowance (pro rata £21,216 if 1FTE)

Oasis Youth Support, is a partnership service with North Middlesex Hospital A&E department, supports young people who attend North Middlesex Hospital A&E department due to a violent of aggressive incident with one-to-one support from a Youth Worker and signposting to relevant youth provision in their locality.  Oasis Youth Support is part of the Oasis Hub Hadley which encompasses a variety of integrated and diverse community projects which together have a common aim to bring transformation to the whole person and the whole community.

Oasis Youth Support is now seeking a competent and reliable Administrator to complete relevant administrative tasks in order to maintain the smooth day to day running of the service. You will be supported by the Youth Support Project Coordinator also based at North Middlesex Hospital.  Duties include:

  • Maintaining the project’s database and compiling data for partners and funders
  • Arranging meetings, booking rooms and taking meeting minutes
  • Ensuring new referrals are received and passed onto the Youth Support Coordinator in a timely manner.

You could be successful in this role if you: 

  • Have proven previous experience of working in an administrative role
  • Experience of taking Minutes of meetings and data recording.
  • Are IT literate and competent in the use of MS Office, inc Excel
  • Possess excellent oral/written communication and organisational skills
  • Are self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work under some pressure
