Salary: £23,862 gross per annum

Street League work with young people, progressing them into employment, education and training by engaging them through football, fitness, dance fitness and multisports. We specialise in helping our participants (16-24 years’ olds from disadvantaged areas) progress from our unique sport/fitness and education programmes into sustainable employment, education and training.

We currently operate across the UK in 14 regions, including Greater London, the North East and North West of England, West Midlands, Yorkshire and extensively across Scotland.

We are recruiting an Engagement & Aftercare Coordinator in Leeds. You will provide a wrap-around service for young people engaged with Street League, by first recruiting and engaging participants for entry on to the Street League programmes. Following the participant’s completion of the programme and entry into employment, education or training, you will support and monitor a caseload of young people for up to 12 months, as well as offering support to their employers/colleges to ensure that they achieve a sustained outcome.

Experience in working with vulnerable young people and building strong relationships with employers and partners is essential. A Community Development/Education qualification and/or IAG (Information, Advice & Guidance) Level 3 is highly desirable.
