We are currently looking for a brilliant team player to lead and coordinate the delivery of the On the Water (OTW) project for the MSSC ensuring it meets the targets and requirements as set out in the delivery schedule. It is a fantastic opportunity for the suitable candidate to make a massive difference to the opportunities for hard-to-reach young people in London, enabling them to take part in water activities and qualifications that they would not normally be able to access
About you
If you’re an experienced, organised, efficient and pro-active project manager with a good understanding of how schools and local authorities work with hard to reach young people, this could be the role for you. You will have experience of projects involving young people as well as having excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to support and coordinate a wide range of stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have:
Strong organisational and project management skills Good communications and interpersonal skills and have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships Good attention to detail Good IT skills About us
The Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC) is the nation’s largest maritime charity and the governing charity of the Sea Cadet Corps (SCC), a civilian voluntary youth organisation comprising some 400 or so volunteer Sea Cadet Units, throughout the UK.
