Salary: £22,377 to £24,081 (Inc. LW)

Full time, permanent

Hackney Learning Trust is committed to quality improvement in all its early years’ settings and as part of that commitment an exciting development opportunity has arisen at Ann Tayler Children’s Centre. We are now looking to recruit a Crèche Coordinator.

Your role will be to help us achieve a safe, healthy and stimulating environment where activities enable children and parents to grow and develop.  As an excellent communicator, you will need to be versatile with plenty of energy and initiative, and able to work under pressure. This is an ideal position for someone looking to be an integral part of a team which delivers services for local families.

Professional experience of working within a culturally diverse educational childcare environment is essential as well as experience of working with parents. You must have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. An NNEB qualification or equivalent (Level 3) is essential for this role.
