About Us

Westminster is a borough laden with charm and opportunity. Every day, a million people flock to the area to enjoy iconic destinations such as Soho and China Town. The Role

Thinking creatively to develop graduated offers, your will remit will include everything from holiday and weekend play schemes, to stay-and-plays, family fun days and trips out. Managing our in-house provision, you will support and mentor the Play Workers, and you will work with other elements of the team (such as inclusion and transport) to ensure a cost-effective joined-up service is being delivered at all-times.

About You

Combining astute managerial capabilities with the capacity to listen to parents and incorporate their experiences into your work, this is a forward-thinking role for a forward-thinking individual. Coming from either a play or day care background, you will have experience of working with disabled children and their families – and your hands-on skills will be cemented by a level 3 qualification in Childcare, Youth or Social Care. You will have previously managed a team of professionals, and you will be comfortable setting targets, motivating and training staff. You will also have excellent financial acumen – and your communication skills will be second-to-none.

A generous benefits package is waiting for you, and we will help you find a good work/life balance. Furthermore, you will experience the ‘Westminster Way’ of working, which is our commitment to promote job satisfaction through inclusive and diverse workplaces, where every member of the team is encouraged to become a leader in the field through plenty of training and development opportunities. Join our fast-paced dynamic today and explore what the future holds for you.
