Our client is a dynamic charity with proven impact. For over 30 years it has been working with children and young people struggling to stay in school due to a wide range of complex family issues. They get children and young people back into school ready to learn, whatever it takes.

Through a mixture of growth and staff turnover they now require the following post:

School-Home Support Practitioner 
Based: A Primary School in Wandsworth 
Full time, Term time only 
Starting salary from: £20,574 pa depending on experience 

You will be based in a Wandsworth Primary School with a focus on targeted casework, safeguarding, supporting pupils and families to improve attendance and punctuality, developing parental participation within the school and in pupil’s learning, providing curriculum support to pupils and promoting learning at home.

The work will involve building a bridge between the school and the home, including regular home visits and other forms of outreach work.
