Senior Project Worker
Are you experienced in working with children and young people, enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of young women and girls and committed to making an impact to end violence against women and girls? If so we would like to hear from you!
Solace Women’s Aid is committed to supporting children and young people to grow and develop free from the detrimental effects of domestic and sexual violence through our preventative programmes and responsive service provisions that meet young people at their point of need.
We are recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Project Worker to coordinate the development and delivery of a VAWG education and awareness programme. This is an opportunity to develop work with a small team targeting young women and girls in Haringey and Islington. Directly supporting young people who have experienced VAWG, you will work with young who will help steer the project.
If you have project coordination experience, a thorough understanding of youth participation, a solid understanding of violence against women and girls, and are passionate about young people’s health and wellbeing we would very much like to hear from you.
