Coram is one of the UK’s leading adoption agencies and was recently judged as ‘outstanding’ by OFSTED and has been commissioned to manage Redbridge Council’s Adoption Service. Coram and Redbridge Council are working in partnership to strengthen the operational and strategic management to improve adoption and permanency outcomes for looked after children; our key objective is to provide an excellent service for looked after children requiring adoptive and permanent families.

You will be child-focused and keen to strive for excellence across the whole adoption process, from assessing and approving adopters, to matching and placing children, and providing post adoption support.

If you are a skilled and experienced Adoption Social Worker/Senior Practitioner, committed to working in this new partnership to achieve excellent adoption and permanency outcomes, we would like to hear from you.

This post will be based in Station Road, Redbridge with some travel to Central London.
