Head of Learning

This is a new role, crucial to our organisation’s development over the next three years. You’ll build capacity internally to help us evidence and analyse our outcomes and lead innovation and practice in the youth and informal education sector. You’ll also ensure we can better understand and respond to external research and need.
Passionate about improving the lives of young people, you’ll have experience of developing and implementing frameworks for measuring impact, as well as a track record of communicating effectively to a range of audiences. A thorough knowledge of the youth or education sector and outcomes for young people is essential, along with outstanding attention to detail.
