Strong team values, a desire to innovate within the vocational learning experience and the ability to adapt flexibly to the changing needs of the sector are essential. You will hold a degree or equivalent qualification and have previous experience of training and/or teaching. You may also be teacher qualified or, be willing to complete a teaching qualification. Experience of delivering functional skills would also be an advantage.
