The Family Resilience Service in Croydon is an innovative way of working with complex families through intensive input and assertive outreach. Through our multi-disciplinary team, services are targeted to work with families within their community and work towards sustainable outcomes. The team is a key driver for our approach to Troubled Families and our Early Intervention and Family Support Strategy.
We are seeking to appoint skilled and motivated staff to join our multi-disciplinary team. You will have experience of direct work with families, which includes practical and emotional support and an ability to build effective partnerships with families, which result in evidence-based outcomes.
A commitment to integrated working is an essential requirement along with a flexible and solution focused approach. Your work will be varied and will take place outside of usual working hours.
