CAFOD, one of the UK’s leading international development agencies, is currently recruiting a Coordinator for our Young Leadership Development Project.
Job Profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic project coordinator for our gap year scheme for young adults (18-30). You will be passionate about the potential of young people to influence others in overcoming poverty and global injustice and thrive on collaborative approaches to delivering results. You should have demonstrable experience of juggling multi-stakeholder relationships as well as in-depth knowledge of the Catholic community and young people.
Your Role
You will be part of the Education Section, which works with key partners in and outside CAFOD to create and deliver national strategies to establish a solid base of educators, leaders, volunteers and individuals within the Catholic Community inspired by, and active in, CAFOD’s vision and mission to bring about justice and human development.
Your Profile
The post carries a fixed term contract which runs until August 2014. You will be sharing this full time role and will lead on managing and developing the UK dimension of the programme.
