OfSTED judge our Children’s Services in Bournemouth as performing well, the overall effectiveness of both safeguarding and looked after children services as good with outstanding features and our capacity for improvement as good. Educational standards are at an all time high.
We want to be outstanding and we’re looking for an outstanding individual to drive improvements across a range of our Children and Young People’s Services.
We need an exceptional leader and manager with substantial senior experience, who is confident working within a political environment.
