Engaging Potential offers alternative education provision to young people in order to re-engage them with learning opportunities. We are looking for someone with the ability to work in 1:1 and group setting with young people.
It is essential that you have experience of working with challenging young people and the ability to think on your feet.
You must also have an ability to collate and record accurate data, good IT, organisational and communication skills.
We are looking for a pro-active person to fulfil this role who is very resourceful and passionate about young people reaching their potential.
