GFS Platform is an internationally recognised charity that has been working with young women since 1875. Our work focuses on our community projects, working primarily with young mothers and our parish based voluntary youth work. Applications are now being invited for the following post based at our Skegness office.
PROJECT MANAGER (Ref: GFS963)
Are you an experienced manager or proven & ready for that next step? A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager qualified in youth and community work, or a related field, to join and lead our community based project in Skegness. You will develop, manage and deliver a range of services to young women aged 11-25, ensuring their views and needs shape all our activities. You will build partnerships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders, and seek out sustainable funding for activities.
A resilient and confident leader and practised communicator, you will utilise your experience of reviewing and planning services for young people, to lead on the development of the project, and support the staff team through a transitional period as we redesign and establish our services in accordance with our strategic aims.
