We are seeking a second person to help manage the Referral Order process and Youth Offender Panels within Luton, to ensure consistent practice and procedures in accordance with agency policy and National Standards. The role will also involve recruiting, training and supporting community volunteer panel members. You will also be involved in arranging and chairing restorative conferences between young people and the victims of their crimes/anti social behaviour.
You will need substantial experience in a discipline directly related to the criminal justice system and a relevant professional or degree level qualification or equivalent experience associated with one of our partner agencies (Social Care, Probation, Police, Health, Education).
