We are seeking an experience health or social care professional to join our Practice and Service Development team at Together for Short Lives.

Together for Short Lives is the leading UK charity that speaks for all children with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions and all those who support, love and care for them. When children are unlikely to reach adulthood, we aim to make a lifetime of difference for children and their families.

The Practice and Service Development Manager (workforce development) will lead our organisational activity in relation to workforce development activity for the children’s palliative care sector in the UK and support members in their practice and service development activities to enable the delivery of safe, evidence based high quality care by a skilled workforce.

The role requires an in-depth knowledge of the development and delivery of professional education and considerable inter-personal skills to engage with our membership of professionals, organisations and families and young people through our networks, groups and forums’ activity.
