Cranstoun is an independent charity and leading provider of specialist treatment and recovery services to those affected by drug and alcohol use.

You will be part of a highly motivated team of staff and volunteers providing services to young people with drug and alcohol problems. You will undertake assertive outreach, enhancing their strengths and supporting positive lifestyle choices through group, individual and multi-agency working.

You should have experience of working with the client group and/or working in the substance misuse field, and be personally driven to get the best results for young people. You will need to be able to work some evenings on a rota basis and travel within Portsmouth city and surrounding areas. Ref: 591
