Benefits Appeals Adviser and Family Officer (North) Team Manager
Home based in the North of England
£30,005- £35,515 per annum
35 hours per week
One year fixed term contract
NDCS is looking for a brilliant people manager to lead our national team of Benefits Appeals Advisers and our team of Family Officers working across the North of England.
The focus of the role will be to lead the teams, growing the talent and capability of individual staff as they provide front line information, advice and one-to-one support for families of deaf children.
We will want you to use your strong leadership skills to inspire the team to achieve against our strategic plans. We will also be looking to you to lead the training planning for the teams.

We expect interviews to be held in Doncaster on Tuesday 18 September 2012.
