In this new and exciting post you will be responsible for developing and co-ordinating a range of humanitarian educational programmes, awards and resources that explore humanitarian topics with children and young people. The aim of the role is to develop a service which builds a humanitarian generation through formal, non-formal and informal educational activities across the Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Essex Area. The post holder will also be responsible for recruiting, training, managing and developing teams of volunteer humanitarian educators to deliver these programmes.

We are looking for someone who enjoys new challenges and has experience of working with children and young people. Skills and experience required include working with volunteers, educational resource development, IT, organisation and communication skills.
