Rathbone is a leading national voluntary sector organisation working across Scotland, England and Wales to support 17,000 young people annually, on a variety of programmes that aim to build upon best youth work, employability training and personalised learning. The main purpose of the role is to increase the contributions of individuals and groups to Rathbone by building relationships and exploring new fundraising opportunities from various sources. These can include the community, corporate donations, gifts, trusts and event management.
The role should successfully build relationships with supporters, therefore the ability to network is crucial.
