Volunteer Coordinator (two posts)

NDCS is looking to build an exceptional volunteer team to develop and deliver our national event volunteer programme. Working across NDCS, the post holders will have day to day responsibility for delivering all aspects of a complex volunteer programme involving around 500 volunteers and 1,000 volunteer opportunities a year.
You will have exceptional organisational and communication skills, a background in volunteer support and a proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. These exciting, varied roles are new to NDCS and will give the successful candidate an opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of deaf children, young people and their families.
