Porchlight is launching a new Adolescent Support Service across Kent. To enable us to deliver this service, we are seeking experienced and qualified adolescent support workers with a passion for helping troubled young people to turn their lives around and achieve their potential. This service will be delivered in partnership with Kent County Council, Children, Families and Education and other key partner agencies and is due to start in September. As a result of this Porchlight is pleased to be in a position to recruit 2 Adolescent Support Service Managers for a fixed period of 3 years to deliver this service.

And 3 years’ experience of managing a team in one of the following areas: social work, youth work, family support, youth justice, housing, education, or a similar discipline?
If so, we want to hear from you.
