Up to £27,035 per annum, 28 days holiday per annum, stakeholder pension and excellent benefits. (Please note the successful candidate will start on 90% of the spot salary which will increase to 100%, upon successful completion of the probationary period)

We are seeking a motivated individual to lead our working with young tenants and youth organisations, to build capacity for young people and support them into positive activities and engaging with their communities.

The successful candidate will have have excellent partnership skills and be someone who can inspire and engage with young people. As part of our community empowerment team, you’ll also be tasked with helping all our residents to have a say and to participate in our work, activities and events.

An organised professional, you will have worked with children and young people before. You will have a youth work or similar qualification and knowledge of safeguarding procedures. Above all, you must have the enthusiasm and commitment to deliver our initiatives and make a difference to young lives.

This role will involve travelling so a driving licence and ability to work flexible hours is essential. CRB clearance is also required prior to starting.
