Following a restructure of the service we are now looking for two enthusiastic people to work with us, at least one of which must have a recognised professional social work qualification. Previous experience of case management in a similar service would be an advantage and you will need to have a relevant degree/NVQ 4/professional qualification as well as experience working in a relevant agency such as youth justice, police, probation, children’s services etc. You will manage your own caseload undertake assessments, construct & implement interventions with children, young people and families; prepare reports for the criminal courts, and monitor adherence to interventions and statutory court orders in order to reduce the risk of offending, re-offending and/or harm to themselves or to the public. Some evening and weekend work will be required.
