Your key responsibility will be to lead a number of children's social care teams - assessment, family support and looked after - in southern Oxfordshire. You will promote the development of integrated children’s services working in partnership with other agencies and be accountable for performance and practice standards.
Extensive experience of child protection, children in need and looked after children at practice and management level, detailed knowledge of childcare legislation and a track record of leading and managing change in a large organisation is essential
