Based at Chelmsley Wood, Fordbridge, Marston Green and Smiths Wood Children’s Centres in Solihull.
37 hours per week.
Starting salary is in the range of £17,802 to £19,621 rising to £20,858 per annum.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Lead and manage a team of four Early Years Workers within the children’s centre settings to ensure quality early years and crèche provision is provided and as required by the service.
- Develop the quality of the Early Years Foundation Stage input within the play and crèche provision of the children’s centre service, ensuring OfSTED regulations are adhered to and support is provided during inspections and outcomes are captured and reviewed.
- To undertake home visits and targeted group sessions for a caseload of families in need specifically with early years issues.
