In September 2012 Harrow Council will launch a brand new operating model for the children’s centres provision moving to a Hub and Spoke model with delivery points providing efficient and effective delivery with a range of services across children’s centres. We are seeking to appoint a Hub Manager for one of the four Hub and Spokes.
We need an experienced and successful leader to ensure the implementation of Harrow Council Children's Centre Strategy, provide strong and visionary professional leadership to staff and partner agencies and deliver improved outcomes for children and young people.
You will have extensive proven experience of successful management across more than one site including distance management preferably within Children’s Centres and will need the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with partner agencies and organisations. Harrow Children’s Centres are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
