The U-MIX centre is a £2.5m youth facility, adjacent to Lowfield School, Sheffield, opening late summer 2012. Leading educational charity, Football Unites Racism Divides, working together with Sheffield City Council, are the lead partner in this exciting and innovative project.

We are seeking to appoint a motivational staff team with a track record of inspiring young people to succeed and achieve, who will manage and develop the potential of this world-class facility. The team will consist of six posts:

Post A: Facility Development Manager (full-time)
Salary: £29,628 - £34,107 Closing date 8th June, Interviews 22nd June

Post B: Programme Development Assistant (full-time)
Salary: £19,621 - £22,958 per annum Closing Date 15th June, Interviews 3rd July

Posts C: Part-time Programme Development Assistant (18.5 hrs per week, 2 posts)
Salary: £19,621 - £22,958 per annum (pro rata) Closing Date 15th June, Interviews 3rd July

Posts D: Part-time Receptionist/Admin Assistant (18.5 hrs per week, 2 posts)
Salary: £15,039 - £16,830 (pro-rata) Closing Date 15th June, Interviews 4th July

Working Pattern: All posts will require some evening and weekend work, and are funded till March 2014 in the first instance. An important aspect of the staff team’s work will centre on developing partnerships with the public, private and voluntary sectors that reflect the necessity for the programme to not only meet community need, but also assist long-term sustainability
