During the past 18 months we have reviewed our approach, focussed our energies towards more vulnerable young people and devolved more control to community level.
In April we brought the ‘Connexions Team’ in house, taking another step towards a fully integrated youth service.
We are now in a position to recruit to the following posts:
- IYS Manager (IAG and Targeted Youth Support)
- Up to 5 Youth Advisers, providing IAG and other specific advice to individuals and groups, one of which will have experience of special needs
- 1 Development Officer focusing on Borough wide projects and in-service development and training – this post is temporary to 31st March 2013.
