We are seeking to recruit one high quality practitioner to the following exciting post;
Lead Health and Family Support Practitioner (Team Leader) – Full time (37 hrs per week. Initial Salary Grade E (£20,198 - £23,708
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent with demonstrable team leader experience in health, social care, community development, early year’s education or education and have a passion to make a difference in the lives of children, young people and families.
Experience of multi-agency working is essential, along with an understanding of integrated services.
We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff & volunteers to share this commitment.
