RollingSound is an organisation that designs and delivers relevant, engaging, and inspiring creative multimedia training courses for “at risk” young people throughout London and surrounding areas. We train and accredit in areas including Music Production, Film, Video Game Development and more.
We are recruiting a full timePproject Coordinator to successfully manage high quality, engaging creative training programs for a variety of young people, including those of school age that are At Risk of becoming NEET or are NEET (Not in Education, Employment and Training).
You will manage the provision of alternative and complimentary education for Key Stages 3, 4 and post 16 learners who are not suited to mainstream or core curriculum, deliver school engagement programmes, liaising closely with schools, pupil referral units and other organizations, to ensure learning needs and aspirations of these pupils in are met.
You will be responsible for ensuring that any and all recruitment, delivery and progression targets are achieved and take responsibility for the projects’ overall and day to day management, staffing and promotion.
You will have experience of successfully delivering NEET and At Risk of NEET engagement projects to agreed targets, including recruitment of young people, delivery of a programme and progression of the young people into EET.
A track record of managing the delivering high quality alternative curriculum programmes at Key Stage 3, 4 and Post 16.
You will also have an excellent knowledge and track record of managing programmes delivering accredited frameworks; (including but not exclusive to ABC, NCFE, NOCN, AQA, EDI) and hold an IAG qualification (LDDS / NVQ Level 4 or Equivalent).
An enhanced CRB check will also be required.
