RollingSound is an organisation that designs and delivers relevant, engaging, and inspiring creative multimedia training courses for “at risk” young people throughout London and surrounding areas. We train and accredit in areas including Music Production, Film, Video Game Development and more.
This summer we are delivering six weeks of multimedia courses at renowned summer adventure camps in video game design, music, film and photography therefore we require a capable and confident Project Manager to plan, deliver and manage this summer’s programme.
You will act as the liaison between the Company and Summer Camp operator as well as tutor staff to directly coordinate the delivery of engaging multimedia training programs. This includes overall responsibility for the projects’ day to day management, staffing and promotion activities and other relevant duties as per the project requires.
Predominantly based from our London offices, you will be required to work residentially for a number of days, in order to ensure the smooth set-up and running of the programme.
You will have experience of engaging and working with young people in a variety of Arts, Media and youth work settings. Experience of organising staffing and resources around complex projects, and experience of successfully delivering creative, youth engagement programmes to diverse and high volumes of young people.
With a track record of effective project management - working to and achievement of agreed targets you will have excellent time management and organisational skills and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels, possessing excellent presentation, and negotiation skills.
