We are looking for an experienced and flexible Family Outreach Support Worker to provide individual and group support to young people (14-19 yrs) and their parents/carers. Group support is facilitated through delivery of the Ontario Based Parallel Community group. In addition this role combines a 7.5 hr post working with young people in our refuges funded through Big Lottery. You will have experience in undertaking observations and completing assessment of children and/or family’s needs and organizing follow-up support. You will be working with a service user group in a multi-racial setting. You will be joining a welcoming and supportive team of professionals and will benefit from ongoing supervision, training and professional development.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is essential to this post.
