Working predominantly with our team in Luton & Bedfordshire, we are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong business acumen to help drive our groundbreaking and fast-expanding youth programme forward. Whether you are delivering one of our bespoke youth initiatives or facilitating young people’s participation in evening youth work, your work will reflect the creativity and enthusiasm that’s key to everything we do. This is a great opportunity to play a vital role within our youth team both within and away from the formal school setting - with great flexibility in terms of project scope and working hours.

You will have ample scope for innovation and we’ll make sure you’re given all the support and guidance you need to really take your career forward.

Holding a nationally or locally recognised JNC youth work qualification, your experience will include working with challenging and / or at risk young people, project management and working in partnership with other agencies and the community. You will have a demonstrable ability to form effective working relationships with young people from a wide range of backgrounds and a clear understanding of the issues affecting them. You will have a talent for communicating to a wide range of audiences, combined with effective IT skills.
