We are looking for an experienced and flexible Family and Support worker to provide individual and group support including organised play sessions to children (0-16) living in our refuges. All the families in our refuges have experienced trauma and loss due to domestic violence and have been forced to leave their homes. You will have a good understanding of the impact of trauma and loss on children of different ages and experience of working with children and their mother’s/carer’s in a multi racial setting.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is essential to this post.
