Children and Young People Project Development Manager
12 Months Fix Term Contract
£41,200 per annum plus London Weighting (if applicable)
You will manage a programme of activities focused on developing Victim Support’s strategic approach and services to children and young people. You will also develop appropriate service guidance and policy and support the growth of our youth volunteer base.
The successful candidate will have experience of successfully developing and delivering services for children and young people, and will have a consistent record of achievement in a senior role within a service-driven organisation of comparable size, scope and complexity. You will also have a consistent record of successful financial and resource management.
It is also essential that you have the ability to provide visible inspiring and supportive leadership, lead organisational and cultural change and the ability to respond positively to both external and internal pressures. We also ask that you have a relevant degree and/or substantial management experience at a senior level and evidence of successfully delivering projects for children and young people, as well as evidence of Continuous Professional Development and the ability to advise on current affairs relating to children and young people.
