Are you experienced in ensuring high quality education in the Early Years
Foundation Stage? Providing strong leadership to committed advisory teacher
and training teams, you’ll lead a county wide strategy which utilises data and
targets resources effectively to improve Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
outcomes for children and enhance the quality of early years provision across
Hampshire. You’ll plan the EYFS support programme for early years providers
and year R classes within local areas, in liaison with the Hampshire Inspection and
Advisory Service (HIAS) and other partner agencies. QTS qualified, with a sound
knowledge of best practice in 0-5 provision, you’ll have the ability to manage
change and staff teams across a large geographical area. You’ll also lead a strategy
to enhance the qualification profile of the early years workforce.
