Youth Work Team Leader Dacorum

You will manage a team of full and part time youth workers and volunteers to deliver high quality programmes with clear learning outcomes. You will need to have the ability to establish positive relationships with diverse groups of young people and partners, responding flexibly to the needs of young people and the Service. Good ICT, organisation and communication skills are essential as is the ability to meet targets, produce reports and correspond with young people, parents and partners. You will need to be flexible in your approach; have the ability to work 4 evenings a week including Friday or Saturday nights plus other times during the week, at weekends and during school holidays. This post requires an enhanced CRB check.
